Tallaght Ford Airton Road recently took delivery of what must rank as Ireland’s rarest car. The Ford GT supercar, delivering 500bhp and a top speed of over 300kph.
The car is destined for the sole Irish–based motorist to have been officially allocated a car in a European-wide lottery organised by Ford.
Powered by a 5.4-litre supercharged V8 engine, the 2-seater Ford GT speeds to 100kph in just 3.3 seconds.
