As the GM Daewoo Gentra in other markets, the car is larger and more refined than the Kalos sedan and is positioned between traditional small and compact cars.
The interior uses new materials, soft tones and harmoniously integrated contrasting moldings. A newly designed audio blends in with the center fascia.
The Gentra with a 1.5-litre engine had its world premiere at Auto Shanghai 2005 in April as Chevrolet Aveo.
