Chevrolet's new Captiva, the first diesel powered compact SUV from the brand, will be launched at the Geneva Motor Show at the end of February.
The vehicle will be available with a 2-litre 150hp diesel and two petrol versions -- a 2.4-litre four and 3.2-litre V6.
The new diesel engine was jointly developed by GM Daewoo Auto & Technology Company, GM Powertrain and VM Motori and fuel consumption is 8.1 L per 100 km.
