With the demise of the 3-door RAV 4 as the model is moved upmarket in its latest generation, Toyota is planning to provide a new model 3-door to replace it.
It is likely to be based on a small SUV the company has recently launched in Japan, the Rush (above), which is a rebadged version of the new generation Daihatsu Terios due to be launched in Europe at the Geneva Motor Show.
The mooted European vehicle will also be seen at Geneva in the form of a design study, the Urban Cruiser (below).
