The new Peugeot 207, to be launched in Ireland this summer, has been awarded a maximum 5-star occupant safety rating in the latest Euro NCAP tests.
The 207 further accomplished a 4-star child protection rating and a 3-star pedestrian protection rating, scores never before achieved by any small car.
The 207 is one of the first vehicles to be designed to meet the requirements of the new European directive concerning pedestrian impact protection.
