Opel's funky new Corsa goes on sale here later this year. It will have its world premier at the London Motor Show in July.
Five engines will be available at first. Petrol choices will be 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4-litres; there will also be a common-rail diesel using GM's 1.3- CDTi unit. The flagship oil burner will be an all-new 125PS 1.7-litre CDTi.
The new car is a bit longer and wider than the current one and the three-door has a coupe-like roofline.
