The UK-based Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has put online a simulator by which people can see the difference that different circumstances and speeds make in an emergency stop incident.
The simulator provides options of different speeds, whether the weather is wet or not, and the effects of drink driving and use of a mobile phone on safety. BB.
