BMW have introduced their all-new X5 Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) as well as their new 3 Series Convertible in their Irish Spring Model Update unveiled yesterday.
The X5 now comes with more power, lower emissions and better fuel economy. This is BMW's first ever car with third-row seating and includes a new six-speed automatic gearbox. It is also the world's first SAV to be offered with Head-up Display.
Three engines are available. The X5 3.0d is now 7 percent more fuel efficient with a combined fuel consumption of 8.7 L/100 km. The volume seller here will be a 2,993cc six-cylinder diesel. Petrol buyers can choose a 2996 cc or a 4799 cc V8 engine.
The new 3 Series Convertible is the world's first car with a Sun Reflective seat cooling leather to keep occupants cool in hot weather. It comes with a folding hard-top roof, and new petrol engines with High Precision Direct Injection. It is available in 320i, 325i, 330i, 335i and 330d versions. TW.
