Ford Ireland has introduced a FordAssist full breakdown and rescue service for its entire range of commercial vehicles. Anyone who buys a Ford CV will automatically receive the FordAssist service. The service is also being provided to anyone who has bought any of the Ford range of CVs since January 1 of this year.
The FordAssist programme will provide 24 hours a day, seven days a week full breakdown cover for Ford CV customers when they are travelling in Ireland, the UK and Europe for a period of two years from the first purchase of their CV.
If the vehicle can not be fixed at the roadside, they can have the vehicle towed to the nearest Ford dealer. In the event of their vehicle being towed to a Ford dealer, the owner can opt for one of the following services: a replacement vehicle for up to two days; overnight accommodation; or a refund of any public transport expenses.
