A city in Mexico has made laws banning motorists from shaving, putting on makeup, or carrying a pet at the wheel.
The planned $32 fine for the above come along with stiffer fines for more usual offences, such as using a mobile phone without a headset and speeding, come into effect next month in the city of Torreon.
It's part of a crackdown on traffic death causes in the city. BB
