Awesome Evo coming down

Mitsubishi's Lancer Evolution is already one of the fastest production saloons around, but a 403hp variant will be available in June.



Dubbed the FQ-400, this flagship of the Evo range is said to be able to do the 100 km/h sprint in around 3.8 seconds, thanks to motorsport-related modifications to its 2.0 engine.

The car will have the Evo's AWD system with a lowered suspension upgraded by Eibach springs and Bilstein shock absorbers. The FQ-400 will also have a wider track.
