The car, the first four-door Mini and the largest in the range, will start at €23,800 plus charges.
The specification options include 4WD, and the car is described as a 'crossover'.
At launch the Countryman range will include three petrol and two diesel models, as well as two AWD models – the Cooper D ALL4 and Cooper S ALL4.
