Price cut, more spec, for Volvos

Volvo in Ireland has cut its price for the SE Lux versions of its S40 and V50 cars by €1,215, to €30,095.

The company is also claiming improved standard and optional equipment across the range of the cars. The 1.6D diesel engine now outputs 115hp, and the SE Lux specification includes Active Bending Lights, a headlight cleaning system, power folding mirrors and leather upholstery.
