Exterior styling changes have been made to headlight and rear light designs, and there's a revised front grille and new alloy wheels.
LED daytime running lights have been added to the high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights.
The improved 2.2 diesel engine outputs 148hp and emissions are down to 134g/km, making it a B Band car here for CO2 tax purposes. It is still mated to a 6-speed automatic, and there's still no autmatic option for the IS in diesel form.
