Revised Mondeo on sale next month

The revised version of Ford's Mondeo will go on sale in Ireland next month at a starting price of 'under €26,000'.

In addition to a number of interior and external changes, there's an improved version of the 2.0 TDCI engine.

Linked to 6-speed manual gearboxes, the TDCI will be available in 115/140/160hp outputs.

The previous 1.8 TDCI is being dropped in the mid-life revision.

The car will be available in Style, Zetec and Titanium grades. An estate is also available.
