Toyota hits 500,000th sales mark

Toyota Ireland has hit the 500,000 sales mark for its passenger vehicles. The 500,000th sale was made in February at the Tony Burke Motors Toyota dealership in Ballybrit, Co Galway, when Siobhan Murphy from Salthill purchased a new Toyota Yaris.

Commenting on the massive landmark sale, David Shannon, Managing Director, Toyota Ireland thanked their loyal customers for their continued support over the years since Toyota first began selling vehicles in Ireland in 1972. Some 90 percent of people who buy Toyota remain loyal to the brand and repurchase.
