Warning about agricultural vehicles

Road users have been asked to pay special attention to farm vehicles as their use increases in the coming months.

With farmers in the middle of the silage cutting season, there are more tractors, trailers and other farm machinery on the roads.

The Road Safety Authority has also issued a reminder to operators of agricultural machinery that they are subject to the same regulation as cars and other vehicles when they are being used on the public road.
