Topaz emerged in 14th position at a recent awards ceremony in Paris for the 25 top Best Large Workplaces in Europe.
Best Workplaces sets out to recognise the finest employers and the most satisfied workforces in Europe. With over 1,380 companies representing 1.5 million employees taking part, it is the largest employment survey of its type. There are separate categories for Multinationals and for Small and Medium Enterprises.
Paul Candon, Marketing and Corporate Servcices Director at Topaz said their employees are their greatest resource. Other Irish companies on the list included EMC, Bright Horizons, Boots, and Unicare.
Topaz came seventh in a list of Best Large Workplaces in Ireland earlier this year. It is one of Ireland's largest privately owned companies with annual turnover of €2.35 billion. It employs 1,300 people.
