The new showroom, located at the Airside Retail park in Swords, will also act as the new headquarters for Citroen Ireland, will be the first Irish based dealership with the Citroen Retail Group portfolio, which already owns 12 sites across the UK.
The site will expand Citroen's accessibility across the key Dublin market and will also bring the brand's national network to 27 dealerships (five within the Dublin area).
The new Dublin dealership will open its doors ahead of the key January car sales month with customers being able to visit the new showroom from the end of the year. It will also provide a job boost to the Dublin motor industry.
This is a busy time for Citroen with the recent launch of the New Citroen C4 and Citroen DS4 which will be joined in 2012 by the Diesel hybrid Citroen DS5.
