The all-new model has a starting price of €16,890 and is available with a choice of two 1.2-litre TSI petrol engines and two 1.6-litre TDI diesel engines.
There are two specification levels—Reference and Style. Reference grade cars include six airbags (front, side and curtain) and ESC stability control as well as the SEAT Media system which includes Bluetooth, Aux-in, USB port and a multi-function steering wheel.
Most sales are likely to come from the Style grade which adds air conditioning, front fog lights, cruise control, 16” alloy wheels, rear electric windows and a leather trimmed steering wheel to the Reference model.
