A special '13' cab at Frank Keane Motors

There's nothing superstitious about Frank Keane Motors, who have secured a '13' plate for their special Mini 'Keane Cab'.

The car is a Mini Countryman, decked out in special taxi livery, and used to pick up and deliver home customers who leave their cars in for service.

With the new registration system introduced partly to ward off worries about the residual value of cars registered this year, the company got the 131 D 13 plate for the car.
