CLA teases Detroit, debuts in Berlin

Mercedes-Benz sneaked in its new small coupe, the CLA, to an eve of show event at Detroit this week, then whicked it away until its official debut at the Berlin Fashion Week yesterday.

The car is the next derivative of the A-Class which has just gone on sale in Ireland, and uses similar design to the large couple the CLS.

It will be followed later by an SUV on the same platform.

The CLA will be delivered to first customers in some European markets in mid-summer.
