Climb summits with Land Rover / Red Cross

This month, Land Rover has joined forces with the Irish Red Cross for Ireland's new charity adventure the Sunrise Summit Challenge. Simultaneously taking place at ten mountain locations around Ireland, participants will hike through the early morning darkness of 14 April, reaching the mountain summits in time to witness the sun rise over Ireland.

The ten Sunrise Summit Challenge mountains, Carrauntoohil and Torc in Kerry; Lugnaquilla and Djouce in Wicklow; Galtymore in Tipperary; Mweelrea in Mayo; Diamond Hill in Galway; Slieve Donard in Down; Errigal in Donegal; and Coumshinguan Circuit in Waterford. They offer a range of route types suitable for every level of experience and each group will be guided by specially trained Irish Red Cross Mountain Guides.

Melanie McCourt, Marketing Manager of Land Rover Ireland says the event offers an opportunity to discover some of our stunning mountain ranges in a way that is unique, fun and exhilarating. The new Range Rover is pictured above.
