On the Fiesta Zetec, the pack includes SYNC and air conditioning. On the Fiesta Titanium, you get SYNC, rear parking sensors and power fold mirrors. On B-Max, SYNC is also included along with 15" alloys, front fogs, and floor mats. On Focus Edge: with SYNC you have 16" alloys, front fogs, premium centre console and floor mats. The C-MAX '132 pack' includes rear parking sensors and power fold mirrors.

As well as providing full music streaming from a smartphone or MP3 device, the Ford SYNC system incorporates Bluetooth voice control and text message read-out.
The system also includes emergency assist which will automatically call the emergency services in the event of the car being involved in an accident. Should the driver be incapacitated, the Emergency Assistance system will also inform the emergency services as to the location of the car, all the time using the local language of the country where the accident has occurred.
