Three versions of the i Series cars have been confirmed for production, the pure EV megacity i3, the range extended i3 and the plug-in hybrid sports car i8.
The i Series vehicles support will also include a range of services for optimising the venicles' mobility, to help optimise location of parking spaces, recharging infrastructure, and smart navigagtion systems. The sales package will also include giving the owner access to other BMW models for situations which are not ideal for EVs.
