Mazda3 powertrain derivatives for Tokyo

Mazda will showcase the recently launched Mazda3 with a variety of engine types at the 2013 Toyyo Motor Show which opens to the public on 23 November at Tokyo Big Sight.

The latest model is now offered as a multi-solution in response to diversifying fuel types. Beside news on the already released SKYACIV petrol, hybrid (for Japan) and diesel-engine models, the Japanese carmaker will present for the first time a Mazda3 SKYACTIV-CNG Concept which runs on compressed natural gas (CNG) pictured above.

The displays show Mazda's most recent technologies and hint at the direction of future models.

Meanwhile, Mazda is the exclusive automotive Leading Partner of the 13th World Summit of Nobel Peace Prize Laureates taking place in Warsaw this week (pictured left). Recipients of the Nobel Prize for Peace and representatives from peace-promoting organisations attending, are being driven in the latest Mazda car models. Mazda Motor Europe has provided a fleet of its new Mazda6 and CX-5 models, with 50 cars at the participants' disposal.
