Ford makes special 141 offers



Ford Ireland has announced a range of offers on key models to stimulate interest in ordering 141 registered cars, writes Brian Byrne.

The 141 offers include upgrade packs and low rate finance programmes and all with an extended five-year warranty. During a 'Fordability Fortnight', customers are invited to visit their local Ford dealer to avail of the offers up to November 30th.

To celebrate the arrival of the new 141 registration, Ford Ireland has announced a range of ‘Upgrade Packs’ on several key models to the value of up to €817 for just €141.

A sample of the offers availble include, on Fiesta Zetec, the inclusion of SYNC connectivity and manual air conditioning for€141 – a saving of €511 on the retail price of both items. On Fiesta Titanium SYNC is also offerd in a €141 package that included rear parking sensors and power-fold mirrors – a saving of €441. On B-MAX the €141 offer includes SYNC, 15” alloys, front fogs lights and tailored floor mats for – a saving of €676. Similar offers are available right through the Focus and C-MAX ranges.

Ford is also highlighting some realigned price points for several key models which have seen prices fall in comparison with the 2012 figures – for example, Ireland’s top-selling car model, the Focus, is now available from €19,395, while Ka and Fiesta are priced from €12,525 and €15,550 respectively. At the higher end of the scale, Mondeo is available from €23,950.

As part of the promotion, Ford is also offering FordOptions* deals on Fiesta, B-MAX and Focus at a rate of 4.9% APR. FordOptions is a new finance package that helps customers purchase their car with the security of a guaranteed minimum future value.
