One of the most 'wow' cars unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show this week was the Kia GT4 Stinger concept, writes Brian Byrne.
The 2+2 sports car previews the possibility of a road and track production vehicle from the Korean brand, which is already winning at track meets in the US with a pair of racers based on the brand's Optima saloon.
The stinger is powered by a 315hp version of Kia's 2.0 direct injection turbocharged petrol engine, a 400hp variant of which is used in the Optimas.
