Volvo Car Ireland has introduced its new S60 and V60 S versions to join the S60 and V60 ranges, writes Trish Whelan.Volvo customers can now order this new trim level in conjunction with 1.6 D2 diesel engine and a manual transmission in either S60 or V60 body types.
Standard features on the S trim include: City Safe, Bluetooth hands free system, Daytime running lights, Intelligent Driver information system, Leather steering wheel, Electronic Climate Control (ECC), 5-inch colour display, a high performance sound audio system with USB, Aux Input and eight speakers, remote audio controls and 16-inch Hera alloy wheels. There are also a number of new options and packages available.
Prices for the S trim - S60 D2 115hp €29,995; V60 D2 115hp €32,545. Both are in Tax Band A3 of €190 per year. Delivery and related charges are not included in the prices.
Volvo Car Ireland MD Adrian Yeates says the cars come in at affordable prices while retaining a high level of specification that their customers expect. "The S60 and V60 D2 versions also benefit from Band A3 taxation of €190 per year, fantastic fuel economy and competitive BIK for the business customer."
