Almost 4,000 Dacias sold here

Almost 4,000 Dacias have been sold here since the brand came to Ireland 21 months ago, according to figures released by Dacia Ireland, writes Trish Whelan.

"It does what it says on the tin, which is no nonsense motoring and gives the customer what they need for an affordable price," comments Patrick Magee, Country Operations Manager, Dacia Ireland (Renault Group).

The range includes the Sandero supermini, the Duster SUV (and Commercial), Sandero Stepway crossover, and the Logan estate.

Dacia has sold three million cars in the last ten years in Europe and Mediterranean countries.
