VW Commercial Vehicles supports Irish business

Volkswagen Commercial vehicles supported the annual Small Firms Association lunch which took place today, Friday 10 October, in the RDS, Dublin.

Guest of Honour, His Excellency President Michael D Higgins, opened the event which was one of the biggest business lunches of the year for the small business community.

Addressing the audience, Alan Bateson, Managing Director, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles said his company was delighted to be the sponsor of the event, one which brings together the small business community of Ireland. "Our brand's strategy has always been about working with Irish businesses," he continued. "We have been supporting Irish businesses for over 60 years. Through our strong product offering, competitive finance offers and dedicated aftersales support ,we look forward to continuing to support the growth of small business in Ireland."

Employers of more than 650,000 people were represented at the lunch, which took place in the Concert Hall of the RDS.
