Tradition dictates that the first citizen of Dublin has the first car registered in the capital each year, for use as transport for official engagements.
The car has a powerful and economical new 2.0- Drive-E diesel engine with emissions of 117g/km (Tax Band A4) and fuel consumption of 4.5 L/100km (62.7 mpg) respectively.
This is the fourth successive year that Volvo Cars Ireland have provided the official mayoral car.
