With a new rated range of 240km and a promised lower price, the Zoe's improved distance comes from a lighter electric motor and better electronic management system.
The Zoe was launched in Ireland last year.
At the Geneva Motor Show, it was revealed that the range of both the Zoe and the Nissan Leaf would both achieve 300km range in the medium future.
