VW are calling this their Travel Assistant function, and another innovation to the model is an Emergency Steering Assist which increases safety when performing evasive manoeuvres, by means of braking interventions.
The interior will feature the third generation of VW's Modular Infotainment Matrix, which includes an integrated SIM card to that the owner can be permanently connected online if so desired.
