More detail on Skoda's first electric car

New impressions of Skoda's upcoming first electric car have been released by the company, writes Brian Byrne.

The Enyaq iV will be revealed ion Prague on 1 September, and follows the design language used in the Scala, Kamiq, and latest Octavia.

The styling is higher than in an equivalent ICE-powered car because the battery is fitted in the floor. The car is SUV in style and has a long wheelbase.

The Enyaq has short overhangs at the front and rear, and a strong emphasis on aerodynamics offers a Cw or air resistance value of 0.27.
