Ford's Ranger Raptor is now exclusively being fitted with the General Tyre Grabber AT3, writes Brian Byrne. General Tyre is one of the brands owned by Continental Tyres.
The Grabber AT3 has been specifically designed to provide optimum performance both on- and off-road. In addition, a careful balancing and arrangement of the tread and tread blocks has resulted in the achievement of low noise levels on roads.
The Ranger Raptor is built for the global market in South Africa, and the Grabber AT3 is also built there, at the Continental Tyres plant in Port Elizabeth.
