New E-Class here in the autumn

The newly-revealed next generation E-Class will be available to Irish owners from the autumn, writes Brian Byrne. 

An evolution in style and space for the longtime MB breadwinner, it offers interior comfort and technology reflecting the S-Class, and will be available with petrol, diesel and PHEV power.

The new generation E-Class offers increased head- and knee-room for rear passengers, is wider, and has an increased luggage capacity of up to 540 litres.

Further details including specifications and price will be announced closer to its expected Autumn arrival in Ireland.
