The second model in the Chinese BYD electric car range for Ireland will arrive in September as the Dolphin C-segment hatchback, writes Brian Byrne.
With a 60kWh battery, the car will have a rated range of 427km and will be available in four trim levels.
Prices will start at €27,818 for pre-July orders, and €29,318 after that. These are inclusive of state subsidies deducted.
Currently, there are two BYD dealerships, part of the Motor Distributors Limited network, in Dublin and Cork. The first model here, the Atto 3, was launched earlier this year.
