A refreshing of the Mazda CX-60 and CX-80 will include power increases, interior refinements, and enhanced safety, writes Brian Byrne. The revised cars are due to arrive in spring 2026.
Among the changes is an upgrade to the diesel engine variants to use hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO) fuel.
The cars will also have Driver Emergency Assist, which, working with Driver Monitoring, can detect medical emergencies and will take control of the vehicle to bring it to a safe stop.
Both cars will have Amazon Alexa in-car voice recognition to control navigation, entertainment, and connected features.
Noise-insulating glass will be fitted to the front doors, improving the interior ambience.
