For US only for the moment anyhow, a new Ford crossover vehicle will debut at the January Detroit Motor Show.
The Ford Edge is powered by Ford's new 3.5-litre V-6 engine and new 6-speed automatic transmission.
Edge goes on sale in fourth quarter 2006.
