The Irish Insurance Federation is sponsoring the delivery of the new Rules of the Road booklet to all homes in the country.The booklet, which was promised for 2005, was just recently launched by the The Road Safety Authority (RSA)
The 228-page document brings the ancient former 'Rules' up to speed on metric speed limits and stopping distances, the National Car Test (NCT), the Luas light rail, and the penalty points system. BB
