It relies on reviews from the public, but says it does not want to hear from people who have particular issues with a particular garage.
"We will not tolerate or publish any reviews which question the professional ability or integrity of a garage or persons connected with that garage, or any comment which may be deemed as libellous," the operators say. "Using this approach the only garages featured on this site will be garages which receive a favourable review from genuine customers so it will be in the garages interest to provide the best possible service to these customers."
