The list followed reports from tyre dealers of an increasing number of cars presenting with tyres damaged by speed bumps.
Some of the worst offenders include (in no particular order), Woodhaven estate, Castletroy, Co Limerick; Church Hill, Wicklow Town, Co Wicklow; Bishopstown, Co Cork (near the Church); Industrial estate by the Marina, Cork City; and in Dublin - Upper Kennelsfort Road, Palmerstown; The Rise, Mount Merrion; Patrick Doyle Road, Milltown; St Mary’s Road, Crumlin; and Rathcoole village, Co Dublin.
