Ford's entry to the compact SUV segment, the Kuga, will sell from 32,565 euros from July 1, becoming one of the company's products to benefit from the new CO2 taxation regime.
The price, for the entry level FWD version, is 2,700 euros less expensive than its launch price this week.
The Kuga has also received a best-in-class Euro NCAP crash test rating of five stars for occupant safety, four stars for child safety and three stars for pedestrian safety.
With CO2 emissions of 169 g/km, the Kuga also achieves the lowest emissions in its class.
The top level version costs 38,995 euros.
