Time is running out for motorists to avail of a Health Check for their vehicles free of charge between now and the end of October.
Participating Honda dealers will offer this check without any obligation to the customer, for any make of vehicle. Those availing of their complimentary Health Check will also receive a free warning triangle for use in the event of a break down.
This vehicle Health Check examines 18 points of the vehicle. These include external and internal lights; air conditioning and heated rear window; wipers, the condition of tyres and tyre pressures as well as battery, exhaust and suspensions.
The test is not a representation of the vehicle roadworthiness as further checks may be necessary to determine the exact extent of repairs required. Also, it should not be read as a substitute or pre-test for the NCT test.
