Peugeot's 5008 has been awarded five stars in new Euro NCAP 2009 tests.
The new compact 7-seater MPV will be launched in Ireland early next year.
The achievement follows in the footsteps of the 3008, Peugeot's compact crossover, winner of the Continental Irish Car of the Year 2010 award, which also obtained five stars earlier this year.
