Nissan Ireland is launching its new Juke small crossover on Thursday, hoping that the car will emulate the rampaging success of its larger sibling, the Qashqai.
The 5-door hatch will initially be available with a 117hp direct-injection petrol engine, outputting 117hp and B rated for CO2 taxation.
A B rated 1.5 diesel will also be coming, and early next year a turbocharged 1.6 petrol unit with 190hp will provide a true 'hot hatch' variant.
There are three grades in Ireland, XE, SV and Sport. Upper grades have switchable engine and steering characteristics in Eco, Normal, and Sport.
Prices will be available on Thursday.
