Mazda has announced that its new compact SUV will be called the CX-5.
It will be the first of Mazda’s next-generation products to blend the brand' Skyactiv technology with its new Kodo design theme.
The car will be the production model derived from the Mazda Minagi concept car, which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March this year.
It will be shown at the New York International Auto Show later this week.
