Jetta supply to improve

Volkswagen Ireland says it won't have any supply problems with its Jetta compact family saloon next year, writes Brian Byrne.

Speaking to Irish automotive journalists recently, the company's Adam Chamberlain said after the car's launch last spring, supply to Europe had dried up because of demand in north and south America.

The Jetta is built in Mexico for both American and European markets.
