Volvo Ireland is introducing AWD variants of both the XC60 and XC70, writes Trish Whelan.
Available to order from this month, and with first deliveries in January, there is now the option to have the D3 163bhp engine with AWD, in both manual and geartronic versions.
All versions are in Band C for Irish taxes. The XC60 D3 AWD, priced at €3,500 over the FWD, features a 2.4 engine as opposed to the 2.0 version of the FWD.
